Raspberry Sorbet Fizz
Juicy raspberries and sparkling ginger beer get along just fine with our Reposado in this bubbly libation.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Dos Primos® Reposado Tequila
- ¾ oz. Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Raspberry Purée
- ½ oz. Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ oz. Ginger Beer
- Lime Sorbet, for Garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in shaker, except ginger beer. Add ice and shake to combine. Top off with ginger beer. Roll and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with scoop of lime sorbet on top of cocktail.
