Them Apples

This one’s like Fall in a glass: warm tamarind, crisp apple and just a bit of spice from our barrel-aged Añejo. How ‘bout them apples?

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Dos Primos® Añejo Tequila
  • 1 ½ oz. Tamarind Nectar
  • ¾ oz. Real Apple Puree (Or Apple Sauce)
  • ¾ oz. Lime Juice
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake over ice
  2. Strain over a rocks glass with fresh ice
  3. Garnish with dehydrated apple slivers and lime wheel
